Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. You can start your 7-day trial, explore the dashboard, and see real leads with no payment information required.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused and your data is preserved for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'lead'?
A lead is a unique contact + company combination delivered to your dashboard based on a detected signal that matches your ICP.
Can I get a refund?
After your 7-day free trial ends, all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
How many leads will I get?
Starter averages 40-60 leads/month, Growth 120-180 leads/month, and Enterprise 400-500 leads/month. Most leads (70-80%) come from actual signals like funding or hiring activity. If signal volume is low in a given period, we supplement with smart fillers—high-quality ICP matches—to maintain consistent daily lead flow without compromising on quality. All leads meet our 7/10+ quality threshold.
What signals do you track?
We track three main types: funding events (rounds raised, investments announced), hiring activity (job postings, team expansion), and company expansion (new offices, market entry, acquisitions). These indicate companies are in growth mode and more likely to buy.
How accurate are the email addresses?
We guarantee 95%+ email deliverability. Every email is verified through multiple validation services before delivery. We only deliver leads with a quality score of 7/10 or higher.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You'll have access until the end of your billing period.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
Custom CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) are available on Enterprise plans only. Starter and Growth plans can export leads via CSV/PDF and import manually.
How do you find companies to monitor?
You provide your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)—target industries, job titles, company sizes, and locations. Our AI automatically finds and monitors companies that match. You don't manually add companies; we handle it based on your criteria.
What's the difference between signal-based leads and smart fillers?
Signal-based leads (70–80%) are triggered by real events like funding or hiring. Smart fillers (20–30%) are high-quality ICP matches we add to maintain consistent daily lead flow even during slow signal periods. Both meet our 7/10+ quality threshold.
