What is HawkEye?

HawkEye is a real-time monitoring add-on we're currently building. It will let you watch specific companies and contacts for live events — funding rounds, hiring surges, job changes, and more — posted to your dashboard as they happen. We hope to release it soon and will notify all customers when it's ready.

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?

Correct. You can start your 7-day trial, explore the dashboard, and see real leads with no payment information required.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused and your data is preserved for 30 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and your card is charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect immediately with no refund for unused time on your current plan.

What counts as a 'lead'?

A lead is a unique contact + company combination delivered to your dashboard based on a detected signal that matches your ICP.

Can I get a refund?

After your 7-day free trial ends, all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

How many leads will I get?

Starter delivers 100 leads/month, Growth 200 leads/month, and Enterprise 400 leads/month. Most leads (70–80%) come from actual signals like funding or hiring activity. If signal volume is low in a given period, we supplement with smart fillers — high-quality ICP matches — to maintain consistent daily lead flow.

What signals do you track?

We track three main types: funding events (rounds raised, investments announced), hiring activity (companies posting new roles signaling growth), and expansion signals (companies growing headcount rapidly). These indicate companies are in growth mode and more likely to buy.

How accurate are the email addresses?

We guarantee 95%+ email deliverability. Every email is verified through multiple validation services before delivery. We only deliver leads that pass our internal signal and ICP fit checks.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. You'll have access until the end of your billing period.

Do you integrate with my CRM?

CRM integrations (Salesforce and Pipedrive) are available on Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans only. HubSpot integration is coming soon. Starter and Growth plans can export leads via CSV.

How does Enterprise+ work for teams?

Enterprise+ is a multi-seat plan for companies where multiple people need leads from the same ICP. You define one ICP for your organization, and leads are distributed evenly across all seats. Pricing is custom based on seat count. Enterprise+ is invitation-only — contact us to get started.
